DRYING RACK DETAILS
The Screneez drying racks were designed with two purposes in mind.
The first was the protection of the screen. The second was to save press down time.
A torn or worn screen that needs replacing is expensive and time consuming. There is little difference between having to pull a screen out of rotation and not owning the screen in the first place. The Screeneez Job Cart extends the life of your valuable screens by using thermo formed soft edge ABS plastic rather than sharp edged brake press formed aluminum sheet. Aluminum
may be fine for holding baking pans but a print shop is not a bakery.
For each minute a press operator is away from his press gathering up inks, flood bars and screens are minutes that press operator is losing money for your company. The Screeneez Job Cart was designed so that print jobs are pre set up and waiting with everything on it that a job needs to run. When the job is finished the entire cart can be brought to the wash out area. When the job is finished the entire cart can be brought to the wash out area. Depending on the amount of screens a job requires, two or even three jobs can be set up and stored on one cart.
